Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nexlivoq website and community platform ("Services"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use our Services.

Description of Services

Nexlivoq operates a membership-based online community for small-scale real estate investors in Argentina. Our Services include:

  • Access to moderated discussion forums
  • Monthly educational webinars with industry specialists
  • Library of document templates and resources
  • Member directory and networking opportunities

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time with reasonable notice to members.

Membership and Subscriptions

Eligibility

To become a member, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age
  • Own or manage 1-2 rental properties in Argentina independently
  • Provide accurate information during the application process
  • Agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy

Subscription Fees

Membership requires payment of a monthly subscription fee. Fees are charged at the beginning of each billing period. We reserve the right to change subscription fees with 30 days notice to active members.

Payment

You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment information. You authorize us to charge your payment method for all fees incurred. If payment fails, we may suspend or terminate your membership.

Cancellation

You may cancel your membership at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not provide refunds for partial months or unused services.

User Conduct and Responsibilities

Acceptable Use

When using our Services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and keep your account details current
  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials
  • Use the Services only for lawful purposes
  • Respect other members and contribute constructively to discussions
  • Not share copyrighted materials without authorization

Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
  • Harass, threaten, or abuse other members
  • Advertise products or services without authorization
  • Share member login credentials with non-members
  • Attempt to access restricted areas of the platform
  • Use automated systems to scrape or download content
  • Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity
  • Post content that violates any law or regulation

Content and Intellectual Property

Your Content

When you post content in forums or discussions, you retain ownership but grant Nexlivoq a license to use, display, and distribute that content within the community platform. You represent that you have the right to post the content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

Our Content

All materials provided by Nexlivoq, including templates, webinar recordings, and educational resources, are protected by copyright. Members may use these materials for personal property management purposes only. Commercial use, redistribution, or public sharing is prohibited.

Third-Party Content

Webinar presentations and some resources may be provided by third-party specialists. These materials are subject to the intellectual property rights of their creators.

Nexlivoq provides a platform for peer learning and information sharing. We do not provide legal advice, financial advice, property management services, or investment recommendations. Content shared in forums, webinars, and resources is for educational purposes only and should not be relied upon as professional advice for specific situations.

Member Contributions

Information shared by community members represents their personal experiences and opinions. Nexlivoq does not verify, endorse, or guarantee the accuracy of member-contributed content. You should independently verify any information before relying on it.

No Guarantees

We do not guarantee specific outcomes from using our Services. Property management involves various risks and challenges that depend on individual circumstances.

Service Availability

We strive to maintain reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nexlivoq and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for membership in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Nexlivoq from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct we determine to be harmful to the community or our Services. Upon termination, your access to member-only areas and resources will cease.

Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services shall be resolved in the courts of Córdoba, Argentina.

Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation with Nexlivoq.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify members of significant changes by email or through the member platform. Your continued use of our Services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Nexlivoq regarding your use of our Services.
