Our Purpose
Nexlivoq exists to connect small-scale real estate investors in Argentina who manage rental properties independently. We focus specifically on property owners with 1-2 rental units who handle everything themselves without property management companies.
The rental property market in Argentina presents unique challenges - from evolving regulations to tenant relationships to maintenance decisions. Property owners navigating these situations alone often find that the most valuable insights come from others who have faced similar circumstances.
We created this community to facilitate those connections and enable property owners to share practical knowledge based on real experiences.
What We Do
Nexlivoq operates as a membership-based community platform with several key components:
- Maintain a moderated forum where members discuss tenant issues, maintenance challenges, contract questions, and daily property management situations
- Organize monthly webinars with specialists covering topics like rental law updates, tax obligations, insurance evaluation, and other relevant subjects
- Provide a library of contract templates and tenant communication models that members have found useful
- Create opportunities for property owners to connect with others in similar circumstances
What We Don't Do
No Property Management
We do not manage properties, collect rent, handle maintenance, or perform any property administration services. Members manage their own properties.
No Legal Advice
We do not provide individual legal counsel or represent members in legal matters. Webinar content is educational, not legal advice for specific situations.
No Investment Recommendations
We do not recommend specific properties, suggest investment strategies, or provide financial advice. Our focus is on managing existing rental properties.
Our Approach
